Contractor Foreman calls itself an all-in-one construction management platform, and its plans start at $49 a month. This review covers what you get at each price, using the vendor's published pricing and feature table. It's not a hands-on test.
Bottom line: A very long feature list (estimates, change orders, AIA billing, retainage, bids, POs, daily logs, scheduling, time cards, job costing) at a published company-wide price, plus a 30-day free trial. The trade-off is that user caps decide which plan you need.
Pricing
| Plan | Annual (per month) | Monthly | Users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $49 | Not offered | 1 |
| Standard | $105 | $139 | Up to 3 |
| Plus | $166 | $199 | Up to 8 |
| Pro | $221 | $279 | Up to 15 |
| Unlimited | $332 | $399 | Unlimited |
- The price is for the whole company, not per user, and it doesn't go up with project count.
- Free trial: 30 days. Annual plans are charged when the trial ends, and monthly plans are charged right away.
- Money-back guarantee: 100 days on annual Plus, Pro, and Unlimited; 30 days on those monthly plans.
- Setup and implementation: free on Pro and Unlimited, and available on Plus.
- Private training sessions: 2 on Standard, 3 on Plus, 4 on Pro, and unlimited on Unlimited.
- Online payments through Stripe: 2.9% + $0.30 for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover; 3.9% + $0.30 for American Express; and ACH at 1% + $0.30 ($10 max).
Features that matter to small contractors
- Estimates with bulk and line-item markups, and change orders that update contract amounts and budgets.
- Invoicing: progress invoicing, AIA-style G702/G703 billing, retainage tracking, and time-and-material billing.
- Bids and buying: bid management, pricing requests, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
- Field: daily logs, punchlists, inspections, permits, service tickets, work orders, crew schedule, and time cards.
- Scheduling: a Gantt chart scheduler.
- Reports: job costing reports and a drag-and-drop custom report builder.
- Integrations: QuickBooks Online, Zapier, CompanyCam, Google and Outlook Calendar, Angi leads, and Stripe.
Who it fits
- Small GCs and subs who need commercial-style billing (AIA, retainage) without enterprise pricing.
- Remodelers who want estimating, scheduling, and job costing in one place for a fixed company price.
Who might look elsewhere
- Pure service and repair businesses (one-day jobs, recurring visits) may find Jobber or Housecall Pro a better fit.
- A team that will outgrow 15 users soon should price Unlimited from day one.
