Crews need to know where to be, and the office needs clean hours for payroll and job costing. Three options with published pricing: Connecteam, Homebase, and the time tracking built into Jobber.

Quick picks: Connecteam is free for up to 10 users. Homebase has a free plan for one location with up to 10 employees. Jobber is the pick if you want time tied to jobs and invoices in one system.

Connecteam

Connecteam's Operations Hub includes time clock, job scheduling, forms, and quick tasks. Billed yearly, Basic is $29/mo, Advanced $49/mo, and Expert $99/mo for the first 30 users. Billed monthly, they're $35, $59, and $119. Extra users past 30 cost $0.80–$4.20 per user per month on yearly billing, depending on tier. Its Small Business Plan is free for up to 10 users, and paid plans come with a 14-day free trial with no credit card.

Homebase

Homebase Basic is free for 1 location with up to 10 employees and includes basic scheduling and time tracking. Paid plans are priced per location with unlimited employees: Essentials $30/mo (advanced scheduling and time tracking), Plus $70/mo, and All-in-One $120/mo. The pricing page has an annual/monthly toggle, so confirm which billing the price you see applies to. Payroll is a $49/mo base add-on plus $6 per employee paid. Homebase is built around locations and shifts, so it fits shop- or location-based crews better than project-based ones.

Jobber

If you already use Jobber for jobs and invoices, Connect adds time and expense tracking. Grow adds automatic time tracking, which uses location-based timers that start and stop on their own. Plus adds crew scheduling. Jobber's plan comparison also lists crew time tracking, where a team lead runs timers for the whole crew, and a Gusto payroll sync. See Jobber vs Housecall Pro.
